Why I'm building Headlines
When I was seven, I decided I was going to live in a mansion and take care of my mom financially. I had no idea how. I just knew it would happen, somehow, someway.
I never let go of those goals. They're what drive me every day, and this work is how I'm chasing them. The best part? I get there by doing right by people. Nobody I work with picks a health plan blind, and nobody gets left on their own after they enroll.
Now I'm building a team of agents with big goals. People who want more than a 9–5 and aren't afraid to work for it. If that's you, I'd love to talk.

Do I need a license to apply?
No. We welcome licensed agents and people who aren't licensed yet. If you're new, we'll help you through the licensing process.
One heads-up for licensed agents: if you're currently contracted with other carriers, those contracts will need to be terminated before you start with us.
Is this a remote position?
No, and that's on purpose. Working from home sounds nice, but where's the culture? The accountability? And most importantly, the support? We work side by side, so when you hit a tricky case or a tough day, your team is right there. We work out of our office in Tampa.
How is compensation structured?
It's 100% commission, and you get paid weekly. You're a 1099 independent contractor, which means there's no salary and no cap on what you can earn. Your paycheck is a direct reflection of your work ethic: the effort you put in, the clients you help, and how hard you push toward your goals. Show up and do the work, and you'll see it every single week.
Will I need to find my own clients?
You won't be starting from scratch. We provide proven systems that help you connect with clients, and we'll train you on exactly how to use them. Your job is to show up, follow the process, and take great care of the people you talk to.
Is this full-time or part-time?
Full-time, and then some. This isn't your typical 9–5. Our team standard is 8am to 8pm Monday through Friday, and 9am to 2pm on Saturday.
It's a real commitment, and that's on purpose. There's a lot of bonus on the line for new agents, and the people who put in the hours are the ones who earn it.
What does training look like?
For your first two weeks, you'll train with multi-million-dollar earners and top producers who'll get you familiar with the products. Even while you're training, you'll have plenty of opportunities to start making money.
Once training is complete, you'll be ready to take a client from start to finish.
